Curl Power began as a means to discover tranquility through movement and exercise. As a full-time working mom, I sought an escape to quiet my mind and distance myself from the stressors in my life. Each day spent at the gym allowed me to grow both mentally and physically stronger, ultimately leading to a clearer mind, body, and spirit that continues to guide me today. My mission is to establish a space that offers the same refuge for those in need, just as I once did.
Class Details
Classes are held twice a week, each lasting 45 minutes from start to finish. Be ready to sweat, and for an added challenge, bring your own 5, 10, or 15 lb dumbbells. Each session offers a unique experience, ensuring you never encounter the same dull routine. The classes are designed to build strength, burn fat, and leave you glowing throughout the day.

Your initial class is complimentary! All pop-in classes are $10, and packages are available for a discounted rate.
Introductory Package - 4 Classes at $40 with 1 Free Class
This package is ideal for individuals who are just beginning their fitness journey. It enables you to attend one class each week or to spread the sessions out over the available time frame. Please note, this is the only package that comes with a 60-day expiration period from the date of purchase.
Core Package - 8 Classes for $60 with 1 Free Class
This package is perfect for those looking to enhance their regular routine. It enables you to attend two classes per week, or you can spread them out over the available time frame. Please note, this package comes with a 180-day expiration period from the date of purchase.
Wellness Warrior Package - 8 classes for $80 with 1 Free Class and *Weekly Meal Plan
This package is ideal for those embarking on a wellness journey while managing a busy lifestyle. It offers the opportunity to attend two classes each week, along with a weekly meal plan designed for individuals (with an option to serve a family of 4+ at dinners). Please keep in mind that this is the only package billed monthly, and classes will expire on a weekly basis.
